Paul Bobrowitz - Sculpture
Worked for many years as a carpenter, occasionally using welding in a practical way, such as fixing a metal object.

He said that his sculpture work should provoke thought, but also speak for itself. "The whole thing is about having fun," Bobrowitz said, and true to form, his sculptures are just that. Some are primitive; others more abstract.

Ms. Jean-Pierre begins her creations by harvesting specimens found in nature, such as the shown cone flower bloom. She presses and dries the item and then begins the consuming process of encasing with coats of resin. She then incorporates interesting papers to build dimension and mounts the piece to ceramic.
