We are located in downtown North Lake, Wisconsin, the studio and it's gardens are available for unique and stylish private parties and events.
Catering
We does not cater but you may contract your own caterer. Or use our large country kitchen for a small fee of $50
Availability
Rooms are available for rentals 8:00 am-11 pm Wednesday through Sunday. For indoor events, it is suggested to not exceed 50 people. However a larger gathering can be planned if including the gardens. We are only responsible for preparing the space and kitchen area.
Cost
$395 for 6 hour period. 50% non-refundable deposit due with reservation. Full payment is due one week before the event. Includes use of tables and chairs described below.
Hours of Operation
8 am - 11 pm, cleanup must be complete by 11 PM.
Parking Available on property and within comfortable walking.
Alcohol Consumption
Alcoholic beverages may be served with some guidelines associated.
Caterer Responsibilities
The event planner/caterers working must have copies of their business licenses, certificates of insurance and bartender license to us.
Event planner/caterers are responsible for unloading, setting up, and reloading all their supplies.
All rented items must leave the gallery the same night as the event to ensure its proper handling and we are not liable for any damages to any equipment not owned by us.
All rented items or delivered goods (flowers, video equipment, etc.) must be signed for by the renter or event planner/caterer.
Cleanup
One member of the staff will be on the premises for your event and will take care of garbage disposal. Event hosts and planners must clean up all tables, food and any other material that was brought by the event representatives.

The following is available for use during rental times only:
- 3, 6-foot reception tables
- 24 wood folding chairs
- Wireless Internet Connectivity
- 1 wedding tent with sides available for rental of $50. Includes setup. Comfortably seats 30. You may rent additional tents.
